Crystal Base is a glitter base for covering and leveling nails.
Features:
Mildly acidic with a pH of 5-6.
Elastic and flexible.
High coverage of the natural nail due to high pigmentation.
May experience minimal shrinkage during wear due to its elasticity.
Medium consistency, self-leveling.
Provides wearability without peeling for 3-4 weeks.
Neutral smell.
Eliminates strong heating of the nail plate during polymerization, so it does not cause burning in the lamp.
Hypoallergenic.
Can be easily removed by filing or with a solution.
Does not run and self-levels quickly.
Requires a base layer of Rubber Base.
Not suitable for leveling long nails without prior strengthening.
Drying time in the lamp is 120 seconds.
Can be additionally heated to make the consistency thinner.
Lamp power for drying should be 48 W (must be an original lamp).
The basic rule when leveling is that the thickness should be 1-1.5 mm at the edge.
Thixotropic – becomes thinner during work with brush movements.
Application Method:
Removal.
Do not file the shape of the nail, or leave an extra 2 mm length which will be filed off after leveling.
Use a 220 grit file to lightly file the surface of the nail, lifting the scales of the nail plate, or use a 100 grit buffer.
Manicure.
If you work with removers, wash your hands with soap and water after using them.
Degreasing the nail. Two approaches are needed. Use 4 wipes, one wipe for 5 fingers. First approach: wipe the surface of the nail. Second approach: take an orange stick, wrap a wipe around it, and clean the cuticle area and sidewalls.
Dehydrator (optional).
Use a primer if desired. If the base for the substrate is sufficiently acidic, the primer is not necessary.
Apply a layer of Rubber Base Lunamoon. It is best applied with a flat gel brush. The movements should be rubbing. It is important to cover all the sidewalls of the nail. Cure for 30 seconds.
Remove stickiness.
Leveling. Cure in the lamp for 120 seconds.
Shape filing after leveling. This is necessary to create thickness at the edge, which will support the free edge.
Remove stickiness after filing.
Apply top coat and cure for 120 seconds. Do not wipe or touch it after curing, as this may result in loss of gloss. (Note: Product photos on the website may differ from the actual product.)
