Gel Polish – Free correction for peeling or cracking within 5 days.
Gel Strengthening – Free correction for lifting or breaking within 7 days.
If you are not completely satisfied with our specialist's initial work, you can also fill out this form within 3 days to let us know. We are committed to ensuring a quality experience for every client.

Please note: Your manicure's durability depends on both the application process and your nails' natural condition. Certain nail types, such as thin, oily, or fast-growing nails, may affect polish longevity. We're here to help you enjoy a beautiful and long-lasting result.
Tips to extend your manicure's longevity:
Chemical Protection: Wear gloves when using household chemicals or other strong substances to protect your nails and polish.
Limit Intensive Manual Work: Avoid heavy lifting, can opening, or other activities that put strong pressure on nails.
Daily Nail Care: Regularly apply cuticle oil to nourish nails, which helps extend polish wear.
Avoid these habits to protect your manicure:
Iron Handling: Excessive impact on nails can cause cracking or breaking.
Using Nails as Tools: Avoid picking, scratching, or using nails to open objects, as this can damage polish.
Contact with Strong Chemicals: Frequent contact with strong cleaning products can prematurely wear gel or polish.
Filing Guarantee Claims:
To open a warranty case, log into your account on our website and go to the "My Bookings" section. Next to the booking in question, click the "Warranty" button — it is available within the specified warranty period. Describe the issue, attach photos, and submit your claim. Claims submitted without being logged into the account used for the original booking are considered invalid.
Refund Policy:
If you wish to receive a full refund for the service, you must also fill out the warranty form through "My Bookings" and indicate in the comments that you are requesting a refund. Please note: for a full refund, the completed work (coating, extensions, etc.) must be removed at our salon. Funds are refunded only after removal.
